What Charcoal Leaves Behind.

Charcoal does more than heat the mixture. As it burns, it releases carbon monoxide, metals and cancer-causing chemicals. These emissions pass through a conventional hookah and become part of what is inhaled.

No Color. No Warning.

Carbon monoxide passes from the lungs into the blood, where it binds to hemoglobin and reduces the oxygen delivered to the brain and heart. Headache, dizziness, weakness, nausea and confusion can be warning signs. High exposure can cause unconsciousness or death.

Water Does Not Make It Safe.

Water cools the smoke, but does not remove many harmful chemicals. People nearby can also inhale emissions from both the mixture and the burning charcoal.

Why We Removed Fire.

UNO replaces charcoal with controlled electronic heating. This removes burning coal as a direct source of carbon monoxide, ash and combustion by-products. It does not make inhalation risk-free. It removes a preventable source of exposure.

Lavender, eucalyptus, chamomile, citrus — each plant releases its character at its own temperature. Too little heat and the aroma stays locked in. Too much and it turns harsh.

UNO controls heat in three independent zones, together with airflow and water. Each composition gets its own programme — repeated exactly, every time, without combustion, ash or open flame.

An order is placed by the first card payment on the website under the Terms and Conditions of Sale. This candidate is a preview only. Manufacturing takes 4 months from the initial payment. No VAT is charged. UNO PRO: AED 3,670 (USD 999 reference); first payment AED 2,200 (USD 599 reference), second payment AED 1,470 (USD 400 reference). UNO GOLD: AED 7,340 (USD 1,999 reference); first payment AED 3,700 (USD 999 reference), second payment AED 3,640 (USD 1,000 reference). Accessories: AED price on request; USD reference only.

What Comes with My UNO?

UNO includes an illuminated 1 L reservoir, battery, charger, reusable capsule and accessories. PRO: tinted reservoir; GOLD: transparent. A trial set of disposable self-fill capsules (a few pieces) — included free of charge. See Product information for the full set and options.

When Will My UNO Ship?

Manufacturing takes 4 months from the initial payment; delivery time is separate. Delivery is available in the UAE and internationally, except India (IN), Thailand (TH), Turkey (TR) and Qatar (QA), which remain excluded. See Terms and Conditions of Sale §6.3. Dispatch follows full payment.
